We want you to be fully satisfied with your Gyming purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a simple and streamlined return process.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- In their original packaging
Proof of purchase is required.

Please note:
Items sent back without first submitting a return request through the portal will not be accepted.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please email hello@gymingny.com with your order number and the item you would like instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@gymingny.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for your payment provider to process the refund.
